Kevin Brown co-authored a book “Biological Control in Plant Protection” published at the end of 2003.

Ecotox now has it’s own French field station situated at Buis les Barronies in southern France that will be ready for use during the 2004 field season with initial studies in vines and apples.

Kevin Brown is continuing to actively participate in the WEBFRAM 4 project on non-target arthropods and in three working groups as part of the EUFRAM project.

Ecotox personnel will be attending the SETAC meeting to be held in Prague on 18-22 April 2004.

Ecotox are active members of the IOBC/WPRS Pesticides and Beneficial Arthropods Field Studies working group and will be presenting methods for the use of pitfall and water traps in field studies at the IOBC meeting in Autumn 2004.
